The sun is beginning to peak out of the clouds and is promising Meadows of Dan a pleasant weekend for the end of January.  The days are slowly getting longer.  The sun has had a major increase in solar activity.  Could that mean that Meadows of Dan will have another chance to see the northern lights?  That would be exciting.

Fresh Tile Fish - sauteed and topped with a lime beurre blanc.  Your choice of 2 sides.  $15

Grilled Chicken Breast - topped with BBQ sauce.  Served with vegetable of the day and a twice-baked potato stuffed with tasso ham and Swiss cheese.  $12
