Off Season
March 1 - May 26, 2011 $80
November 1 - December 31, 2011   

In Season
May 27 - October 31, 2011 $90  

Rates are per room per night for single/double occupancy.

• The rate for each additional person is $5 per night.
• A continental breakfast is included.
• No deposit is required, except when renting the entire Inn.
• The maximum occupancy is 4 individuals per room.
• A credit card or debit card number is required to hold a reservation.
• The Woodberry Inn has a 72 hour cancellation policy.
• "No shows" will be charged for 1 night.
• Smoking in guest rooms is forbidden.  There are no exceptions. 
  Failure to comply with our smoke-free policy will result in a $75 housekeeping fee.

 Woodberry Inn has 3 pet friendly rooms, therefore you must make prior
arrangements when bringing your pet(s).
The pet fee is $10 per pet per stay.
There is a 2 pet maximum per room.  
You will be charged a reasonable fee in case of damage to a guest room or
inn furnishings.

Catch and release fishing is permitted in our lake.
